Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your hardware in its original manufacturer packaging, including all power cables, manuals, and protective foam inserts.

  Ship the Hardware

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location; we recommend using insured shipping for high-value miners.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and hash rate stability, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
